She is a specialist in diagnosing/dealing with PCOS and also partially fat friendly. She does suggest working with a dietician or going on a diet if you have a high BMI but won't turn you away for timed intercourse and IUI because of your BMI.

Dr Shahine has done a few of my ultrasounds and she has been very helpful and knowledgeable in my experience with her. If I wasn't a patient of Dr Rothenberg then I would choose Dr Shahine to be my Dr. The clinic has a BMI cut off of 40 for IVF but no BMI cut off for medicated timed intercourse or IUI. Fairly fat friendly, as well.
