Not very tactful and empathetic to patients who is crucial under these circumstances due to patients already being in a very vulnarable state. She is very knowledgable though. But I wish she were more patient during explanations.

I did not receive a call after egg retrieval…I had to call myslef to inquire about the status of my retrieval process. Which made me very anxious. They seemed apprehensive about providing me with information upon inquiring about how many eggs were retrived and if they fertilized and how many. Did not receive clear answer.
