She is very kind and listens pretty well. I suddenly got pregnant before starting any fertility treatment so I can comment on how she is with treatment specifically but when it comes to infertility and the struggle of trying she is understanding and empathetic.

The whole staff is so nice & if you use mychart they respond back very fast. They are all very knowledgeable and have never made me feel like an inconvenience when asking "small" questions.
