Review of Cindy Duke

Dr. Duke explained and went over every option that was best for me. While also giving me all the resources for a successful end result. She was prompt. And valued my time. She continues to reach out and check on me and is the best doctor I have Ever met.

All the staff is incredible and very helpful in every aspect. They were always accommodating with appointment times and helped with the millions of questions I had Through the entire process. The team there was very welcoming and empathetic.

Review of Cindy Duke

As a nurse myself her bedside manner was absolutely horrible. She made my husband feel completely outcasted from the conversation just because I understood the medical terms. When a situation arose that could have been blamed on her staff, I presented my frustration to her as the clinic owner. She immediately pushed my feelings aside as if it didn't matter. When the next situation occured and I approached her to tell her I was done with her clinic and moving on to someone else she looked me dead in the eye and said "Okay, sounds good". I also found out that she lied to me during my HSG and claimed I had a polyp and needed a surgery to have it be removed but never did follow up testing which was later bright to light I never had it and I could've had more testing to verify. Thankfully I never allowed myself to have it done and went to someone else after all the issue. Whatever her success rate, it's not worth it

Review of Nevada Fertility Institute

Well my experience is now extended past 2 years ago, I had heard unfortunate situations before and more since. The clinic was so unorganized and so understaffed, whenever I called for an appointment I was placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes each time. When I finally spoke with someone about certain procedures and/or testing that needed to occur within the first few days of a cycle, I was told someone would get back to me. As someone who suffers from PCOS and very irregular cycles, being pushed off was not an option so I had to call 6 times to get my HSG scheduled because everyone told me they would get back to me and never did. This same situation (calling multiple times with no answers) happened when I was trying to make a schedule for my surgery. I had it planned days in advance, changed my schedule at work for it to be accomodated only for them to call me two days before the original one and push it up a day due to insurance. And so after calling out of work to make it happened when I arrived the hospital had no pre authorization, I waited around for 3 hours with the claim that the doctor needed to tell the insurance about why it was to be done and she was on site doing other procedures. I ended up walking up to her and telling her I was done and walked out.

Are you sure?
